How do I choose the correct size?
Our pieces are designed to sculpt and contour the body. Most styles run true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Are your pieces structured or stretchy?
Many Sultress styles are crafted from stretch bandage fabric designed to contour and hold shape. While structured, the fabric allows for comfortable movement when sized correctly.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some core “Signature” styles may be restocked. However, many collections are released in limited quantities and may not return once sold out.
We recommend purchasing promptly to avoid disappointment.

How long does delivery take?
UK Orders
• 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Free tracked delivery on orders over £250
US Orders
• 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Fully tracked international delivery
You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Which couriers do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers including DPD and Royal Mail within the UK, and international courier partners for US deliveries.
Will I pay customs fees for US orders?
US customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by local authorities.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition and with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer one complimentary exchange per order, subject to availability.
Customers cover return shipping, and we cover the cost of sending the replacement item.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How should I care for my garment?
To preserve structure and fit, we recommend dry cleaning where possible. Please refer to the care label inside your garment for specific instructions.
