We offer UK tracked delivery via DPD unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, Sultress is not responsible for courier delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Items must be:

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
